The Lord is and always has been very specific in telling us to watch and pray. In turn we are to heed these instructions and pray not only for ourselfs but for others as well. What good is it if we are given direction but don’t act? We can listen to all the Christian TV programs and get all the CD’s and DVD’s and read all the books by our favorite christian speaker or Pastor and read our bible every day, but what good is it if we do not act? What good is it if we, like a sponge absorb all the wisdom and knowledge but do nothing with it? What use is it to have gained knowledge in this life but do nothing with it? This is what I am asking myself everyday. What am I doing to ad to the kingdom of God. Is my life a reflection of Christ? or am I a book of knowledge that never gets opened, that becomes old and dusty and some day ends up in a pile of other books that have the same ending…nowhere…. Which brings me to this question. If not me then who? If not you then who? We can not live in fear, we were created to do something. Watch and pray and do something with what you have been given. If you do not know what that may be, ask Our Father in heaven. seek him in prayer, in reverence and humility. God will show you the way. He says “Be still and know that I am God” Psalms 46:10 …He will answer your prayers and give you the desires of your heart, Just ask, seek and believe . Also rememeber the greatest gift is to Love, Love conquers a multitude of sins. Forgive and be forgiven. God will never forsake us. Watch therefore and pray always.
Hi Joy, you are so right. Thank you for a wonderful comment.
God bless you always as you seek to serve Him.
Greg

I would need to see it first. 🙂
I would also like to be considered to write for your site. I have been published online at Whole Magazine and I blog at : http://desperateformoreofhim.com My contact information it at the top of the page under the “about me/contact me” tab. Thanks for your consideration.
I would consider you but you would need to post more. 🙂
Hi! Can we submit published articles from our blog site? http://proverbs31woman.org
I really don’t have time to do that anymore. You would need to be an author here and do so yourself, if you are at all serious, you would need to submit 3 articles and convince me you are serious about this – I apologize but the last 3 I spent time on did nothing.
Everyday we face sin in our walk with Christ. We fail constantly, or at least I do. I’ve always heard people talk about how “being in constant prayer with God” can be challenging, however I don’t feel that way. I always in constant prayer for every action I do that falls short of His glory. Like today, when I yelled at a car for being stupid for failing to signal and causing me to slam on my breaks. Although that person didn’t hear me, I know God did and I’m seeking his redemption constantly. I’d love to blog about what we face daily in our walk while dealing with the struggles of having a boisterous, opinionated personality. Everyday is a challenge on how I can portray Christ in my actions, and I know I’m not alone in this.
I currently do have a blog, but if you notice, my activity is sporadic. I write almost daily at home, but have not made put many efforts to get my blog updated. I would like this change.

Hi Marie, if you are seriously interested, please contact me here: inspirationalchristianblogs@outlook.com
I’m a sushi eating, van driving, Jesus loving, karaoke singing, untalented dancing, loud mouth, outgoing woman just trying to make the best out life and honor my God. Although I’m from Texas, I’m hardly the cowboy hat, boot wearin, yee-hawing lady you imagine. I’m an open book, honest about everything, and trying my best to be the best Mother/Wife/Friend possible. I’m a firm believer in Jesus Christ, but I’m proof that us believers aren’t as boring and narrow minded as we get labeled!
