There’s a translation of the Bible that I enjoy reading nowadays as it gives even more oomph to the powerful word of God.
This is taken from The Message translation of the Bible:
“… But sin didn’t, and doesn’t, have a chance in competition with the aggressive forgiveness we call grace. When it’s sin versus grace, grace wins hands down. All sin can do is threaten us with death, and that’s the end of it. Indeed, His love cannot be erased. This world will fade away, but His words will never fade away. Have a blessed Christmas.
