Fall is a wonderful time for harvesting spiritual fruit. Yes, fruit now ripe and sweet in the eyes of God. Fruit grown from the seeds He sowed during your spiritual Springtime.
Just as God created physical seasons on earth, there are also spiritual seasons.  Spring, Summer, Winter, and Fall are all important seasons, and we must spend time in EACH one in order to grow, mature, and bear fruit.
Do you feel like your spiritual walk has been frozen in the dead of winter? Have you been trying to force out growth and some sort of sprouts? Sometimes, it is okay to rest… even sleep.  God will speak to us in our dreams. Winter is a time to rejuvenate. Feed upon His Word so that when your Spring and Summer come along, you will be strong and eager and bear much fruit for His kingdom.
