“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” – Romans 3:23
You may be a “righteous” sinner, a “moral” sinner, a “church member” sinner, a “fine up-standing” sinner, or an “educated” sinner; but you are a sinner.
And the Bible says that Jesus alone is God’s answer to man’s sin. Without Jesus Christ, nothing can be done for your sin. With Jesus Christ, nothing else need be done. Until you admit you’re a sinner and believe that Jesus is the Savior, you’ll never be saved.
Acts 16:31 says, “…Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved…” And once you are saved, the Bible says, “…though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool” (Isaiah 1:18).
