God knows it all and is keeping a record—even of those secrets we have repressed. Jesus said, “But I say unto you, every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.” (Matthew 12:36). All our sins and secrets that have been repressed will be revealed.
Luke 12:2-3 says, “For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known. Therefore whatsoever ye have spoken in darkness shall be heard in the light; and that which ye have spoken in the ear in closets shall be proclaimed upon the housetops.”
The day of judgment will be a day when the skeletons come out of the closets! And each of us will be standing there to face the record.
