If God has a plan for your life, then you would expect God to reveal that plan to you, right? Your glorious duty and privilege is to find, follow, and finish the will of God so that when you come to the end, you can say as Jesus did, “I have finished the work which Thou gavest Me to do.” (see John 17:4).
Then He can say to you, “Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy Lord” (Matthew 25:23). Wouldn’t that be wonderful? That is what success is.
The Bible tells us, “Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct thy paths” (Proverbs 3:6).
