If your like many it’s hard to find time during our busy days to pray.  I like many set aside time for me in the mornings.  Coffee and scrolling facebook to check on friends, persecuted friends and news.

As I scroll and see some asking for prayer for illness, injury, difficult situations or even telling good news, I may not comment physically but as I scroll I pray and praise.

I say Lord heal them, help them, bless them or protect them.  I praise God for them, thanking Him for blessings.  I ask for mercy or truth when scrolling the news.

I’m sure the heads at facebook will explode when they find out what us dreadful Christians will use facebook for, but God will smile.  What has turned hateful will turn into love as everyone turns their facebook time into prayer time.  Try it today.  It’s not silly, its gratifying and all prayer and praise is pleasing to God.  So take this time and please God instead of feeding the negative.  You will be blessed.

Its important to pray every day.  Set a quiet time, or pray at work, or driving, or showering it doesn’t have to be lengthy or flowery, but pray.  Talk to God and be sure and thank Him!
