BIBLE MEDITATION:
“Now when evening came, the boat was in the middle of the sea, and He was alone on the land. Then He saw them straining at rowing, for the wind was against them. Now about the fourth watch of the night, He came to them, walking on the sea…” Mark 6:47-48
DEVOTIONAL THOUGHT:
A miracle occurred that day, and more than 5,000 people witnessed it. With no more than five small loaves of bread and two fish, Jesus prayed over it and instructed His disciples to begin dividing it among the crowd. Not only did everyone have enough to eat, but the Bible also records the leftovers amounted to twelve baskets full. What a day—to have seen that!
