Under laws Democrats seek to pass, ALL medical providers must perform abortions – NO exceptions.

(TCP News)  The Democrats are rapidly showing their true colors.  From undoing all the positive changes wrought by Trump, to Biden ruling as though he were a dictator, and the concerted effort to silence all opposition.  Now comes the news that Biden 100% supports allowing babies that survive abortions to have their lives snuffed out – in other words, it’s ok to murder them in cold blood.

White House press secretary Jen Psaki confirmed Thursday that President Joe Biden supports the pro-abortion Equality Act, a bill that pro-life leaders warn would create a “right to demand an abortion.”

The Equality Act is supposed to be about equality for all or so it would seem.  Such is not the case however.  What the vaunted Equality Act would do is too enshrine the rights of all LGBTQ adherents while removing the rights of all those who have any form of an objection.  Like a Christian baker refusing to make a wedding cake for a same-sex wedding.  Or parents losing custody of their child for refusing to put their daughter on male hormone pills.  Or a high school teacher that was fired for refusing orders to use a female student’s preferred masculine pronouns.

The Equality Act would also essentially destroy women’s sports – as men who have decided that they are really women would be allowed to compete in women’s sports.  Women competing against these pseudo women do not normally stand a chance of winning in their event.

This bill will also make it so that any and all medical providers will NOT be able to refuse to perform an abortion – because abortion will become a right.  Notice that the unborn child has no rights here whatsoever.

U.S. Rep. Chris Smith explains:

H.R. 5 defines “sex” to include “pregnancy, childbirth, or a related medical condition.” The term “related medical condition” means “abortion.” In the case Doe v. C.A.R.S., the Third Circuit stated, “We now hold that the term “related medical conditions” includes an abortion.”[1] Furthermore, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), which enforces Title VII, interprets abortion to be covered as a “related medical condition.”[2]

To further clarify, the bill goes on to state:

(b): Rules.—In a covered title referred to in subsection (a)—“(1) (with respect to sex) pregnancy, childbirth, or a related medical condition shall not receive less favorable treatment than other physical conditions;…

In other words, a provider may not withhold a “treatment option,” including ending the life of an unborn baby.

That isn’t even all of it or the worst of it, although this is bad enough, Democrats want to take things a step further – by allowing those babies that survive a botched abortion to be essentially murdered in cold blood.

Killing a baby that has been born is called infanticide.  If you yourself were to kill your child at any time, it would be called murder, no questions asked.  Yet Democrats want to allow a medical provider (we use that term loosely when referring to abortion providers) to kill an already born baby simply to be rid of the child.  There are plenty of cases where the child born alive after an abortion is left exposed on a counter top or wherever – left there all alone until the baby dies.  These people deserve a special place in Hell.

There is a bill (Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act) to make sure that any baby that survives an abortion attempt MUST be given medical care just like anyone else.  Democrats voted to block this bill AGAIN.

How is it that the Democrats have so lost their way that they support what is obviously abhorrent and evil in the eyes of God?  How can anyone vote in support of outright murder and be ok with that while dressing it up as “women’s health care,” and saying it is a women’s choice?  It’s not a choice, it’s murder.
