“Now, Lord, look on their threats, and grant to Your servants that with all boldness they may speak Your word.” Acts 4:29
PONDER THIS:
The word “servant” here is the Greek word that means “bondslave.” Are you a slave of the Lord Jesus Christ? I try to make it a habit every day to lift my hands in surrender to the Lord. To say to the Lord, “I am Your servant.” Boldness is not for rebels. You will never have boldness, true boldness, until you can say, “Now, Lord, grant to Your bondservant—to Your slave—boldness.”
