“There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, ‘Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him.’” John 3:1-2
There’s something in people that will never be satisfied until they are born again. Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews, came to Jesus by night. There was a void, an emptiness in his heart. He had to talk to Jesus. He had seen Jesus do miracles, and there was a hunger in his heart, a dissatisfaction. So, he came to Jesus by night.
