The U.S. just celebrated a milestone, 250 years as a nation, impressive.  Not because of our 250 years, there are many other nations that have been around far longer than we have.  Because of what and who we are.

Therein lies a very serious problem, a problem that most people don’t want to talk about, let alone do anything about.  I know that what I write won’t be popular, especially after the celebrations that marked 250 years for America.  That doesn’t change the fact that what I’m going to say is true.

America is in danger, very grave danger.  We are not who we once were, collectively as a nation.  We have wandered quite far from God, and embraced our own ideas and ideologies that have nothing to do with God – just as Israel of ancient times did, and it did not go well for them.

It seems that people are blind, and many willfully so, and this includes “Christians”. 

The Democrats are for all intents and purposes – a religion, a complete and separate self-contained culture.  Their purpose?  To dominate and control, by any means necessary.  Sound familiar?  This is what Islam is as well, they aren’t here to play nice and to “assimilate”.  They are here to dominate and ruthlessly control the entire population – so are the Democrats.

The Republicans are not any better, not really.  There are the sell-out RINOs, but then there is also what the Republicans actually do, do they actually do anything that matters?  Nope.  What historically happens when the Republicans gain control of both houses of Congress?  Nothing.  You might want to think about that.

If you’ve been paying attention, the far-left Democrats, are slowly being pushed out by those who make them look downright centered, and on an even keel.  These new Democrats are socialists, radicalized socialists looking to turn a Democratic Republic into a socialist nightmare, not all of them but many.  The Democrat party is either way, shifting, ever more to the left, and to socialism.

AOC – Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, was one of the very first of the socialists to win office.  AOC has two degrees, and yet, is about as ignorant as a block of wood.  Her Green New Deal would cost more money that there is in all of America, and many Democrats signed on to this idiocy.

The Green New Deal, would in part:

1. Rebuild every building in America, to be energy efficient
2. Drastically reduce, better eliminate, the use of fossil fuels.
3. Heavily reduce air transportation

All this in support of the biggest lie ever foisted off on the American people – climate change.  But of more importance, WHO is going to pay for that?  In AOC’s mind, this would create jobs, true.  But the fact remains, again, WHO is going to pay for that? 

Estimated cost of this “deal”?  51 – 93 TRILLION dollars.  We are 34 trillion dollars in debt right now.  Let that sink in.

America Rejects God

Of much more concern however, is the complete and total turning away from God.  Not all people obviously, but many.  Turning away from God is the reason why this country is in the mess that it is.

Just look at the news.  Women are proud of their abortions; many even have t-Shirts celebrating it.  Abortion is after all only a healthcare choice.  A human life isn’t being ended, a problem is being removed.

Violent criminals with many offenses are being freed from jail, and they promptly go out and rape and kill again.

Millions of illegals are supported, given benefits, illegal CDL licenses, low-cost food and SNAP benefits, even paid for healthcare and free housing.  All at the cost of our own people.

A blind eye has been turned to riots that burned down whole city blocks.  The death of George Floyd was of far more concern than the violent protestors, the looters, all the burned-out buildings etc.  

The Democrats want to defund the police, ALL police.  Social workers should accompany officers on every call, and the social worker, completely untrained in police work, should make ALL decisions in the field.

Out in the Western U.S., you can steal up to $1000.00 worth of merchandise, and the police won’t even bother to show up.

In ICE protests, the violent protestors are ignored, the law supporting individuals are arrested.  Law enforcement officers are directed from the top cop(s) to ignore requests for assistance from ICE officers.

Voting

Way too many just say, I won’t vote at all, well, YOU are part of the problem.  Others say, “Christians” should not be involved in politics, wrong, and also a lie.  Ever read the Bible?

Leftists keep getting into office, because people keep voting for them, selfish people, people who like the handouts.  Foolish people, people who can’t or won’t think for themselves.  Of course, there is also the fact that the Democrats refuse to allow passage of the SAVE Act, which would go a long way to ensuring election integrity.  Precisely why they vote against it, because Democrats routinely cheat in elections.

The Bible and God

Despite all the leftist manufactured “evidence” that says otherwise, this country was founded with a deep reverence for God.  They’ll point to the Constitution, because it doesn’t mention God.  Interestingly enough, in Article I, Section 7, the president is given 10 days to sign or veto bills – but Sundays are excluded from the count.

The Declaration of Independence on the other hand mentions God several times.

Many of the Founding Fathers were Believers in God.

John Adams, one of the Founding Fathers said this about our Constitution:

“Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.”

Prayer before the beginning of any meeting was very common, and that includes sessions in Congress, and in statehouses.

What book was fundamental in the formation of the very first school textbooks in the USA?  The Bible.  What was the primary purpose for teaching kids to read?  So that they could read the Bible.

Is there really a separation of church and state?  No, that is not in the U.S. Constitution.  The Constitution bars Congress from establishing a religion, or running one, or favoring one over another.  Thomas Jefferson created the “separation of church and state” in a letter to Danbury Baptist Association of Connecticut, in which he stated:

“with sovereign reverence that act of the whole American people which declared that their legislature should ‘make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof,’ thus building a wall of separation between Church and State.”

The U.S. Supreme Court used Jefferson’s words to institute this “separation”.  It does not however rule out prayer, or things honoring God on walls etc., many of which are still there, although some have been removed.

Lost and Adrift

If America doesn’t return to God, a real and heart-felt return, things are only going to continue to deteriorate.  God is our compass, our moral standard, and the judge of all of our actions.

America as a whole is very obviously lost and adrift on the wide-open seas of ideology.  God is bad, wrong and evil are celebrated.  Just as an example: a woman gets knifed to death by a criminal with many offenses, and there was no wide-spread outrage on social media.  Many women are brutally beaten, raped, and murdered; the left is silent.  But George Floyd was killed, supposedly by a white cop, and the resulting riots caused about 1 – 2 BILLION dollars in damage.  ICE shows up to arrest illegals, and the leftists rioted for days in many different cities, even attacking, shooting at, and attempting to run over ICE officers.

The left hates Israel, but wants to funnel billions of dollars to one of the most corrupt nations on Earth – Ukraine.  They’ve also given the world’s largest terrorist nation billions of dollars in cash – Iran.

We welcome a people group into the U.S. that hates us – Muslims.  It is the Somali Muslims that have ripped us off to the tune of billions of dollars.

We allow illegals to have babies here, and poof!  They are American citizens.

America

America needs to wake up, we need to come back to God, and we need to vote, and press officials to pass the SAVE Act.

America was not founded on hate; lies, violence, atheism, murder, extortion, cheating, callous disregard for others etc.  It was founded on God, and respect and love for one another, even if we disagree.
