A seminary student lifted his hand and said, “Professor, if Jesus Christ was so beautifully tactful and diplomatic, how did He manage to get Himself crucified?”
Jesus Christ did not get along with everybody and everybody did not get along with Jesus Christ. Peace is not appeasement. Peace is not truce making. Peace is not even the absence of war. What is peace?
Peace is a right relationship with God, a right relationship, therefore, in your heart, and a right relationship with one another. Peace is a sense of well-being which results from the righteousness of God ruling and reigning in your heart.
Matthew 5:9 says, “Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.”

Greg is a strong believer in Jesus Christ and in the need for revival in today’s Church. He likes reading, writing, music, and spending time with his family and his dog Roxie. By day he is a self-employed non-emergency medical transport driver, and is the Editor-in-Chief for the National War Council, as well as being a political analyst, author, blogger, and an accomplished DIYer. His articles are first published on Inspirational Christian Blogs, and I Am Not Ashamed of the Gospel of Christ!, and from there the articles are published on other well-known conservative websites.
The author feels convinced that the Church is in extreme danger of being forsaken by God for being unbiblical and seeks to warn all those with “ears to hear.” He believes we are in the last days of the end times, and that God is building His Remnant Church even now.

Jesus Himself said He did not come to send peace to the world (Mt 10.34), but that we would have strife because of Him. Thank you for a right definition of peace: a right relationship with God. Jesus is peace: He is our right relationship with God, and we are to preach peace (preach Jesus). Eph 2 15 “Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace; 16And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby: 17And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh. 18For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.”
Amen.
